Dr. Caroline Morris
Dr. Caroline Morris is a Board-Certified Dermatologist and Fellowship trained and Board-Certified Mohs Micrographic Surgeon. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American College of Mohs Surgery.
Dr. Morris grew up in Cedar Rapids, IA, and graduated from Coe College with degrees in Chemistry and Biochemistry. She then completed her medical school training at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO, and a Dermatology Residency at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Finally, Dr. Morris completed her fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery with Drs. Anna Bar and Justin Leitenberger at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, OR.
She has a strong clinical interest in skin cancer and dermatologic surgery. She has published numerous papers within cutaneous oncology and dermatologic surgery.
Outside of work, Dr. Morris loves spending time with her husband Wade, their son Jack, and their dog Oliver. She enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.
She is excited to be back in Cedar Rapids and joining the Dermatology Clinic of Iowa.
